Public Open Houses:
Three public open houses will be conducted
during the study to solicit input, gather information and receive
feedback from the public regarding the goals, objectives and results
of the study. Prior to each meeting, a notification will be mailed
to the residents that reside in the watershed, interest groups
and community leaders announcing the time, place and purpose of
the meeting.

Citizen Advisory Committee:
A citizen advisory committee will be formed
to work with the project team to provide review and input on preliminary
study results, offer advice and oversight and to serve as a liaison
to the rest of the community. The committee will represent various
viewpoints that balance interests, perspectives, geography and
gender. The committee will gather four times beginning around
November 2006.

Interest Group Meetings:

of the meetings will be to listen to various viewpoints and concerns
specific to the draft improvement projects. The goal is to address
the major issues in the final master plan recommendations. Informational
