Public Open Houses:
Two public open houses will be conducted
during the study to solicit input, gather information and receive
feedback from the public regarding the goals, objectives and results
of the study. Prior to each meeting, a notification will be mailed
to the residents that reside in the watershed, interest groups
and community leaders announcing the time, place and purpose of
the meeting.

at each open house meeting will be posted below in PDF format:

Newsletters:
Three newsletters will be used to disseminate
information about the study process and master plan recommendations.

Interest Group Meetings:
A series of interest group meetings will
be held to discuss preliminary study recommendations. The objective
of the meetings will be to listen to various viewpoints and concerns
specific to the draft improvement projects. The goal is to address
the major issues in the final master plan recommendations. Informational
materials presented at each interest group meeting will be posted
below in PDF format.
